This is a brand-new Nu-Calgon EV9612-37 Everpure Insurice i40002 Filter Cartridge. Reduce water-related ice machine problems caused by dirt, objectionable tastes and odors, and scale buildup. Precoat submicron filtration removes particles as small as 1/2 micron, along with chlorine and other offensive contaminants, and the phosphate feed inhibits scale build-up caused by dissolved minerals. NSF Certified under NSF/ANSI Standards 42 and 53.
