Shipping policy
Shipping and handling charges, as noted on the top of each product page, will be added to your order. All orders are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS (our option). Shipping prices are applicable to the 48 contiguous states only. Please call (do not email) to change ship-to information on an order that you have just placed.
International orders will not be accepted at this time. APO boxes (military mail), Hawaii, Alaska, and all U.S. territories will be shipped via USPS. These orders will incur additional freight charges that will be added to the order and charged to the Customer's credit card of record. Shipping cost on orders outside of the contiguous United States will not be shown at the time of checkout.
Shipping Times
Unless otherwise noted on our web site, all orders are shipped (i.e. leave our facility) within 24 hours of order placement. Orders placed after 1:30 p.m. CST will be shipped the next business day. Normal transit time via UPS Ground or USPS is 3 to 5 days within the contiguous United States.
UPS makes scheduled pick-ups at 3:00 pm. As a result, an order that you recently placed may already have been shipped if there is any delay between the time the order is placed and the time that you call in to request any changes. Orders that have already been shipped are the responsibility of the Customer to return the merchandise for credit.
Shipping Charges
NWF Supply is not responsible for any lost package that is incorrectly addressed due to customer error. We generate our shipping labels from the information the customer provides, so if you enter an incorrect or incomplete address (incorrect zip code, missing apartment/suite/office number/name etc.) and your package is lost, NWF Supply is not responsible.
If you enter your address incorrectly on the website, and need it re-routed by UPS to the correct address, you will be charged an additional $15.00 per carton fee to cover costs.
If you contact us by phone after your order has been placed regarding an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, we will make every effort to correct your information prior to your package being shipped. However, once your package has been processed and shipped, we cannot make any modification to your shipment. If your order is lost or delivered to the incorrect address, we again are not responsible.
Safe Shipping Guarantee
NWF Supply guarantees that every transaction you make at NWF Supply will be safe. This means you will pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your credit card as a result of shopping at Remsco.

Guarantee Details
Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50, NWF Supply will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50. NWF Supply will cover this liability only if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at NWF Supply while using the secure server. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
