The plus is it arrived in a timely manner.the minus is this unit is not an exact fit as an experienced technician I had to field engineer the mounting and the connector to properly install it this stuff should have been in the box to complete my application

We're sorry you had an issue with the inducer assembly. The part we sent you is an OEM part that comes directly from Lennox and should have been an exact replacement. Is there any way you can send us the model number to your furnace to verify this was the correct inducer? If so, and the inducer is not identical we will need to notify the manufacturer. Thanks.
