A tree frog crawled across circuit board and made a jumper to another circuit. The condenser fan quit working. Ordered circuit board. Delivered in two days. Replaced and works fine now. Taped off inside holes under cover plate to prevent this again.

The technical support from NWF was so valuable. The mobile and modular home industry uses different equipment names for the same equipment. Miller, Norteck, Nordyne, Intertherm. I needed help ordering the correct board and tech support found it. They double checked my order and shipped overnight UPS. When UPS did not deliver next day but a extra day late, I received a refund for the shipping.No other supply house has done that for me. The price cannot be beat!
