Supco SPP6 Hard Start Kit increases compressor starting torque by 500%. The SPP6 hard start combines a PTC solid state relay with the start capacitor to increase the compressor's start-up torque. Use on a permanent split capacitor (PSC) single phase A/C or Heat Pump system operating on 115v to 288v; or on an A/C unit operating on 4,000 BTU to 120,000 BTU and .5 HP to 10 HP.
