The IO SYSTEMS LW-REC Wireless Lodge Watch Receiver Module is a device that monitors doors and windows to help cut down on energy usage. It detects when a door or window has been open for more than two minutes. If it is open too long, the system disables the HVAC equipment until the door or window is closed for two minutes. This functionality helps to save energy and prevent problems like equipment icing and condensate pan overflow.
