Works great, although the screw posts break way too easily

Fast shipping and the unit arrived on time, as quoted during the ordering process. I tried to use the old acorn nuts that were on my previous fan motor... I very easily overtightened and snapped off two of the screw posts, while using light pressure. At that point, I went to the hardware store and bought regular locking nuts for the remaining two posts. I hope having only two of the four posts holding the fan in place holds up for at least a few years. I really wish the motor came with new nuts and the posts were a lot tougher.

Otherwise, the fan motor is running great and has my central A/C unit running again.
